How is this different from a tour guide?

I'm not walking around with you — I'm your behind-the-scenes fixer. I handle the planning, bookings, and problem-solving so you can just show up and experience Japan. Think personal concierge, not tour leader.

What if I need to cancel?

7+ days before your consultation call: full refund. 3–7 days before: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: no refund. Full details in our Terms of Service.

Do you only cover Osaka?

I'm based in Osaka, but I plan itineraries for anywhere in Japan. My expertise is strongest in Kansai (Osaka, Kyoto, Nara), but I've traveled extensively across the whole country.

How fast do you respond?

Between 9AM–5PM Japan time, mostly within 30 minutes. Outside those hours, guaranteed within 2 hours. Same across all plans.

What if a restaurant cancels or is fully booked?

I'll find you an alternative of equal or better quality. Part of my value is having backup options and local connections — I've never left a client without a great dinner.

What if something goes wrong during my trip?

VIP clients have my direct phone number — I pick up. Basic and Plus clients reach me via message. I respond fast and I fix things.

Can you help with visa questions?

I can provide general guidance, but visa processing is your responsibility. For complex situations, I'd recommend consulting an immigration lawyer.

What languages do you speak?

English and Japanese, both fluently. I grew up between the two — no awkward translation, no cultural misunderstandings.
